If you want a quiet, clean, private and smoke free place, you found it. This unit is a studio above a barn with no other dwelling attached. Under the studio is just storage. You will not need to have contact with anyone while you are here. The unit has a keypad entry. I personally clean the studio extensively. This is a great place to escape and enjoy the Nevada outdoors or just get away to a quiet, cozy place. If you have any questions, please ask! Located in south Carson where homes are on acre lots, this approximately 500 square foot studio is above the barn in the rear of our acre lot. David Walley’s Hot Springs and Spa Two bedroom two bathroom sleeps 4 in beds and 6 if you use sleeper sofa. Saturday July 31- Saturday august 7. Check In is 4pm and check out is 7pm. They clean the room unit on Wednesday but you can pay to have it done daily if you want. They also allow pets for 15 a day fee and a non refundable deposit call the front desk if that interests you....it would be paid directly to resort. This is my owners week so 6 guest passes to use hot springs and spa are included (booking on wallys website for these dates room costs 244 plus tax a night if they had any available and spa pass cost $55 per person per day). I will call the front desk and identify you as my guest once you pay and it will be like you own the week. I am not sure if covid has restricted spa hours- call the front desk to check if that’s important to you Master bedroom has king bed with bathroom. Living room has sleeper sofa. This 820 Square foot mobile home has everything needed for business professionals in town for work or a small family with young children passing through. Fernley is a smaller town. Most people work further away. During the day the mobile home park streets will be empty. Afternoon people will be home and cars will line the street. Kids will be walking to the playground or playing basketball. Nights are quiet, but you may hear a train off in the distance once in a while.
